Edline is a web portal that allows parents to access student information like grades, progress reports, and assignments. Each parent can receive a unique and secure username and password. Students will have their own usernames and passwords. Edline has been used by teachers in grades 6-12 for the past 2 years. We are in the process of implementing the teacher pages for elementary students this fall. Parents will be able to receive an activation code to create their own username and password at the elementary Meet and Greet sessions this year. Please be patient as we move forward with this new technology to improve communications between schools and home.

Some common questions and answers:

Will I have a separate account for each child in my family?
Answer: No. You will receive an activation code for each child, but can combine them all under one account (single username and password).

Can each parent have their own account?
Answer: Yes. One parent account per student is generated by default, but parents may request a second (or third) account.

What if I forget my username or password?
Answer: Edline provides links on the login screen to enable users to recover their username and password if an email was provided as part of the account setup.

I already have an Edline account from last year, but my student has been promoted to the next school and my account still shows last year's school. Now what?
Answer: You will need to receive a new activation code associated with the new school. You can combine the new code with your existing account.

How do I obtain my activation code?
Answer: Each school is working on a plan for distributing activation codes. You may contact your building guidance counselor for more information.

I have an activation code, but need help. What do I do?
