Assistant Superintendent - Blairsville-Saltsburg School District (Indiana County).  Approximate enrollment 1,800; grades K-12. Return completed applications to the Central Administration Office.  Contracts will be awarded in April 2010. Posting will remain open until all positions have been awarded.

                                                                                                                                                                  

Substitute Support Staff:  The district will accept applications for substitute support staff in the categories of:  cafeteria aide, secretary, instructional aide, custodian and maintenance.  Applications are available at the district office, or by calling 724-459-5500, ext. 8 1101.

Have a Bachelor’s Degree?  Interested in day-to-day substitute teaching in area schools?  A teaching certificate is NOT required, and you can earn approximately $75-90/day!

 

The Blairsville-Saltsburg School District is participating in the ARIN IU 28 Guest Teacher Consortium. 

 

The Guest Teacher Program provides training and emergency substitute permits to allow anyone who has a Bachelor’s Degree (but does not have a teaching certificate) to be a substitute teacher for districts in the consortium.
