Saltsburg Elementary has been designated as a putdown free school. Under the direction of our guidance counselor, a committee of staff members and students developed a "Starfish" program that emphasizes and encourages appropriate behavior in the school.
Parents are an important part of the educational process at Saltsburg Elementary School. Parents are invited to meet their child's teacher at the annual Meet and Greet Night each September. Report cards are issued four times per year and parents are encouraged to meet with teachers at regularly scheduled Parent/Teacher conferences.
